JobSupportServices.com provides guidance, coaching, exam preparation and job location to job candidates who are looking for employment with the United States Postal Service.
Neither the USPS nor JobSupportServices.com can guarantee the employment of any candidate, or the availability of any specific job, in any area, at any given time. JobSupportServices.com is not affiliated with the United States Postal Service.
JobSupportServices.com assists candidates with each of the four steps of the US Postal Services hiring process. Historically, most applicants who utilize JobSupportServices.com’s support program passes the Postal Hiring Exam the first time. What most people do not know is that 80% of all applicants either fail the personality exam or the 473, 473c, or the 473e exam the first time! Applicants who fail the exam can only take it once every 4 months, which is why JobSupportServices.com provides not just a book, but live agents, video tutorials and timed test simulators help you prepare for the hiring process.
In addition to helping candidates in the hiring process, JobSupportServices.com also rewards successful candidates for getting hired. All candidates who register through this site and are hired by the USPS, are eligible for a $50 Rebate with proof of completion.
To register, a registration fee is required to access the training program. This transaction will appear on a bank statement as “Job Support Services LLC”.
Cancellations and Refunds
Contact Customer Service for Refunds 1-866-408-2670 and choose the billing option.
The Job Support Services’ program offers a “Pass the Exam” guaranteed. Therefore, registration fees are refundable if the candidate DOES NOT PASS the required postal 473 or 473c exam, which is given at an independent testing facility (Failure to show for exam at testing facility does NOT qualify for a refund). Refunds are also available to those who request them within 72 hours of their registration date, provided our program resources have not yet been accessed or used. Customers will need to contact the toll-free customer support number within your account or by submitting a request through our Contact Us Form.
Customers eligible for a refund due to not passing the postal exam 473 must submit a completed Refund Request Form, along with a copy of their exam score from the USPS and a copy of the charge as it appears on their bankcard statement. Customers also must have taken at least 2 exam simulations and obtained a passing score within your Job Support Services account.
Other mitigating circumstances that would qualify for a partial refund. Customers who have completed all the required steps within the program and find that there have been no available jobs within 50 miles of their residence after 120 days of registering for the service can qualify for a partial refund and maintain full access to their Job Support Services account.
Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days. To request a refund, simply log in to your account and click “Refund Request” in the bottom navigation bar. Applicants are not eligible for a refund after 120 days of registering.
