Description of Duties/Essential Functions

The Senior Performance Management Analyst under direction, leads operating departments in identifying performance reporting requirements, implementing quality improvement efforts, and managing documenting processes for data collection. Manages various highly complex projects to track performance improvement and serves as liaison to achieve efficiencies and process improvements through the Department.

Minimum Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Requires three years of experience in data analysis and/or implementing performance management programs.

Specialized Skills: Requires working knowledge of performance management principles and effective use of logic models, developing/implementing performance management systems, data analysis techniques with an understanding of basic statistical concepts and performance measures, change management principles and practices database, analysis, and presentation software: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SQL.

THIS IS NOT A PERMANENT POSITION, BUT A CONTRACT THAT WILL EXPIRE ON JUNE 30, 2020.

Anticipated Salary range: $4,295 - $12,128/mo

8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday
