DSHS Secretary Senior
Are you detail-oriented, highly organized multi-tasker with excellent communication skills?
Western State Hospital (WSH)has an opportunity for a Secretary Seniortoprovide complex and confidential secretarial duties to the Center for Forensic Services (CFS) Treatment and Recovery Center (TRC) Director and the Competency Restoration program supervisor.
Some of what you'll be doing:
- Provide administrative and clerical support, typing of letters, policies & procedures, proofreading, answer calls, and assist clients with schedules
- Maintain the TRx database for groups, build the groups and make changes, take minutes at meetings and compile data related to TRC programs
- Be the super user for the TRx computer system for TRC
- Build groups for the semester and make changes as necessary
- Train others throughout CFS on the system'
- Assist the wards with their needs regarding TRx
- Compile TRx data as needed regarding hours of treatment
What we are looking for:
- Keyboarding or typing accurately at a net speed of 50 WPM or faster
- Proficiency in computer programs
Who should apply?
Professionals with High School Diploma or GEDAND two years of increasingly responsible office experience that requires keyboarding and typing.
