Introduction

Are you interested in providing clinical supervision, direct service, and first line administrative management with a committed team of mental health professionals that values quality service, integrity, and accountability?

We are seeking qualified applicants to fill full time Therapist III supervisory position for a recovery oriented community based Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team. The team serves adults with serious mental illness (e.g. schizophrenia) or co-occurring serious mental illness and substance use disorders. Services are primarily provided outside the office in the community, residential settings, and/or client's homes. The work involves clinical supervision, assessment, intervention, counseling/therapy, treatment and rehabilitation of clients requiring application of basic counseling knowledge and skills in working with clients and families. Schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What you will do:
Provides clinical supervision, Conducts screening interviews; makes initial diagnosis; and develops and implements individual treatment plans; maintains records according to agency's policies and procedures; prepares reports; Evaluates risk and potential need for hospitalization; develops and implements risk management plans; Provides case management activities for multi-problem clients, including outreach, assessment, linkage to and coordination with other service providers, client advocacy, and after care treatment; Assists in budgeting, hiring, and administrative tasks for the team.

What you will need:
Master's Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related behavioral science field; and 2-3 years' experience in the delivery of human services in a Human Services environment and 1-2 years supervisory experience. Must possess license as Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor.

Preferences:
Experience providing services to seriously mentally ill adults in the community - outside of an office or facility. Experience providing clinical supervision to staff in a community based, PACT team, or residential setting. Experience with ICT, PACT, or ACT team. Experience with evidence based practices for adults with serious mental illness or co-occurring serious mental illness and substance use disorders. Experience conducting, writing, and reviewing clinical evaluations. Experience providing and supervising case management and mental health skill building services for adults with serious mental illness. Experience providing vocational or substance abuse services.

Special Requirements: Must be L.C.S.W., L.P.C. or Licensed Clinical Psychologist. Must possess license at time of employment. Must possess a valid driver's license;
Must pass DMV record check; Must pass TB test;
Offer of employment is contingent upon the candidate passing a fingerprint based National Criminal History Record Check;
Certification in First Aide and Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation, as required.

Entry Salary Range: $72,162 - $104,026
